It will not load any games

I am a player of Orion Stars, lonely phone, sugar, sweeps or skills and slots, but recently, I haven't been able to get onto Ryan Stars because it will load the screen that shows all the games. But when I go on a game, it just circles and circles and circles.
I've uninstalled it, reinstalled it, did everything that I could think of, and so I was told to leave a review to contact customer service or maybe you all might be able to fix it. I'm hoping so.

Lied about cash out minimum payout.

- - Balance hit 325; min cashout 250 and a $30 fee requested.
The agent lied about the minimum payout and my score was at 252.88 and than when I text him I would like to cash out, he than mentioned that there was only 172.00. I than looked and realized that 80.00 of it wash gone.
I explained to him that that cannot be. Do, I left at that and than he said minimum cash out was 250.00. So, I continued to play and reach 325.00. I told him I would like to cash out.
And he said I needed to pay a cash out fee of 30.00. So, I said no and he said wait 8 hours.
I have and nothing. Now this is not fair and he removed his profile from me.

Winning money, not able to get
So I won $50 on Orion stars and not know the person wont cash me out to put the money on there for me isnt answering me, but she didnt think it was the right account is still there and not wanting to be paid how are you paid?

I started off with $16. I hit spin.It hit all purple stars, except for 1 spot.
I then contacted staff v m messenger on facebook. They asked me to take a screenshot.I did.
Then, they never gave me anything for that role.And just gave me a new password. That was a lot of money that they're not giving.

Tired of the unfair politics in play

I have played with Malone for the past two weeks on a pinned account on at least 12 different tags through Chime, which equals up to about 50 games, and yet I have not won one single game. I know I can't read it all the time, and trust me, I do not for some odd reason. I am being told that this is the game, which I know very well is not totally the game. It is not totally luck.
How is it possible to lose so much in a row before winning? I am currently talking with someone from the gaming commission because I feel like I'm being dealt with unfairly. She keeps sending me payout tags to play. Why is that?
Why is my account constantly pinned anyway? It's like I'm being marked to lose. One of my targets, my money is just as good as everyone else's; it's not fair. I don't like being in trouble.
I'm not trying to be one, but I refuse to be done and dealt with in such a reckless manner like I don't matter. If this is what OrionStars has sunken to, then there is no valid reason for anyone to continue playing it. I know it's my choice, but when someone pays good money for a service and they keep getting a raw deal all the time, that just lets me know that something is not on the up and up.
Don't you think it's time for all the rhetoric and the unnecessary bull to end? I am so tired, fed up, and highly, highly, highly disappointed at the levels this game has sank to.
